Directly behind the 'Main Lodge' is Solitude. A 1840 Greek Revival offering the ultimate in accommodations. A great hide-a-way for a special occasion or the relaxing get-a-way that you deserve!

There are seven Luxury Suites with king beds, whirlpool tubs for two in the bedroom in front of the fireplace, separate onyx showers, color cable televisions with VCR and DVD, stereo/CD players, in-room refrigerators, hair dryers, thick terry robes, and new in 1997, two with steam room/showers. All suites are decorated with fine designer linens with down comforters and pillows.

Sapphire, our premiere two room suite allows you to relax by the fireplace in the Library which is beautifully decorated with a fireplace, television with VCR, stereo/CD player. The bedroom has a king size canopy bed, in-room whirlpool tub in front of yet another fireplace, and separate double shower.

While you are tucked away in luxury, we will deliver a complimentary breakfast hamper each morning filled with fresh fruits, homemade breads/scones, coffee, tea and a selection of juices.
